After a lengthy conversation, this came to mind: You should never want to be someones rebound. You should have more respect for yourself and not be a convenience to them. Most of the time you are not the only one helping in this rebounding process. If it works out for any length of time, you had already become an item even before there was anything to rebound and there is definitely no respect for yourself there, but somewhere down the line, expect the same for yourself. This is a general observation and opinion of mine and it asked what was on my mind. I think more of myself and respect myself more than that, as others should do the same. Look at the bigger picture!!
