After a long and exhausting day yesterday I was planning to rest today but life had other plans! I went to out outdoor freezer to discover it died and I had a freezer full of 1/2 thawed meat and vegetables!! I decided to cook it all!! So today I made a roaster full of beans with ham, one of Italian soup, 1 of chicken soup, and a turkey! I cooked sausage patties, made 2 pans of beef enchalidas, 2 pans of chicken enchiladas (with moms help), pot of potato soup with hot links, and a pot of chili!!! I got to share with friends, a neighbor, and mom and dad!! Another blessed busy day!! AND lunch and dinners will be easy this week!!
