After a long career on Broadway and in theater this was my most favorite job singing on the Golden Books Float in the 1971 Thanksgiving Day parade. Till I found this slide collage on You Tube I had never seen either a photo or video of this super fun day. Slide Shots are 40-50 seconds in the video. We take for granted all the modern day technology like video cameras and DVD recorders. I hope someday I will find someone that recorded the parade. Im sure there are a few of my friends from school that watched that day. It was the only year the baloons did not fly and when I got back to North Haledon New Jersey there was a foot of snow on the ground for a white Thanksgiving. https://youtube/watch?v=alhfQfioaDM
