After a very rough night of fever spikes, pops seems to be doing a little better today. They say the fever spikes can mean 1 of 2 things either infection or engrafting is starting. Engrafting is his body accepting the transplant. They keep testing things but no sign of infection. Im believing its the engrafting process. His numbers were low so he is getting blood and platelets today. His hair is starting to come out bad so mom will be giving him a new haircut this evening. We have had some great time with them this weekend and are now back on the road. I hate that its so far but know he is in the best place. Our unlimited phone companys are probably not liking us too well right now, lol. If we couldnt have gotten a better sign before we left, we were at the door and a preacher come in to check on and pray for him. GOD IS ALWAYS PRESENT.
