After all the work to get a texting and driving ban in Florida, it doesnt seem to be working. In the past year, only 100 tickets were written for it in Orange County, and only 1,500 in the entire state! Tomorrow morning on Good Day Orlando, well ask the Florida Highway Patrol why theyre not enforcing the law more often and if it needs to be changed. How do you feel about texting while driving?
