After an 11 hour train journey from Vienna to Zurich, followed directly by a 9 hour car journey to Calais (including a 30 minute interrogation by customs at Basel where they turned the car and our suitcases inside out), Rógvi Hammer is refused entry to the UK because he looks nothing like the bloke on his passport. Fortunately the famous Hammer charm worked 20 minutes later with the Chief Customs Officer
