After doing some landscaping on our rental property in Waldo (78th and Main) , I drove down the street not knowing of course that 20 minutes later someone would be shot in the face and killed. My resident ( 3 doors up from the shooting) said the dude laid there for many hours uncovered waiting for the investigation to be completed. Thankfully they cought the guy a block away. Earlier this year I had 2 murders in the back yard of another rental property. Maybe Its time to rethink this type of investments. Maybe bullet manufaturing instead???? On the good side, at least our yard was cut and looked real nice on TV.
