After doing some research into the suggestion of my kids latest - TopicsExpress

After doing some research into the suggestion of my kids latest doctor, my conclusion is seriously?!? Reducing gluten, I thnk I can do a bit, but Paleo, no. We already do mostly organic and MnM eat way more veggies than Ive seen any kid normally and without complaint eat. No dairy? No potatoes? No fat? No way! ROTFLMAO!!! Nancy and just where exactly does that place, chocolate? The Paleolithic diet consists mainly of fish, grass-fed pasture raised meats, eggs, vegetables, fruit, fungi, roots, and nuts, and excludes grains, legumes, dairy products, potatoes, refined salt, refined sugar, and processed oils. The paleolithic diet is a modern nutritional plan based on the presumed diet of Paleolithic humans. It is based on the premise that human genetics have scarcely changed since the dawn of agriculture, which marked the end of the Paleolithic era, around 15,000 years ago, and that modern humans are adapted to the diet of the Paleolithic period.
