After giving my right leg a break from running for a week, I ran the trails this AM! It felt great to pound the ground again..I lost a minute in my miles yet I will pick that back up in the next two weeks before Ragnar. Warm Up: 100 jumping jacks 100 butt kicks Run: 4 miles on the Hogback Extra sizzle: 50 jumping jacks 50 squats 50 crunches 50 skater slides 50 push ups 4 mins of planks - 1 min of each..regular, side, side, regular 50 push ups 50 butterfly crunches STRETCH! Cool down: scrubbing down two bath tubs Onto a 10 mile hike with a 30 # ruck!! MAKE IT A GREAT DAY EVERYONE!!!
