After my last Sydney surf session I twitched my back. Not the best timing considering I had 22 hours of flying back to Amsterdam to go. At the airport I asked the staff of KLM if they perhaps had a seat with more legroom. The stewardess said she would see what the possibilities were. Later the senior purser came to me and we had a chat. I told him about my situation and also mentioned that Im good friends with KLM pilot Chase Paans. Dont you worry, the purser said, well get you a good seat, Everything for friends of Chase! And then it happened: I got a business class seat!! Jetsetting like a boss, sipping champaign, enjoying excellent food and most important: my seat went all the way down which gave a lot of relieve for my back and I slept like a baby. Like a baby on valium, that is;) - Big Up 4 JD - Thank you so much KLM, you defo rocked my world last night :D
