After paying our worker over $800 a week (which he agreed to work for) has now finished working for us and says we didnt pay him an hourly rate and is going to sue us for unpaid wages cause he worked over a 40 hour week. If he had have told us earlier we would have cut his hours down, he recons we owe him $1700. he had not worked on a dairy farm before and he came to us asking for work. Thought we were doing the littler f..ker a favour. just wana smash him.
