After photographing the Old Cotton Mill we traveled on up the road and enjoyed an ice cream at Betseys Ole Country Store. The locals just call it Bruces Place. They have get-away-rentals and camping. Looks like a great place to stay. After refreshing ice cream we headed back down the river where I stopped and decided to compete with Nikis flowers, so I photographed some flowers! another WHOA! :) It was a fun day of just taking snap shots. The evening was spent with Kevin and his wife and a wonderful dinner. It was good to see her again after so many years. A peaceful relaxing evening...good southern hospitality.
