After raising hell at the Future Of FairPark meeting, I had to jet out and fly across town to my daughters last recital of the year and of course she has moved up to First Chair so I couldnt miss that. She did an excellent job and I am super proud of her as well. As crazy as my schedule can be, my heart smiles when I can show up to my kids functions. I am far from perfect but I am just right for them and thats cool with me. OAN: Someone stole my daughter iPhone as she was on stage and when she came out she was crying so you know me SUPERHERO whats wrong??? As she told me what happened to her phone, normally I would have blew up into lecture mode about lying her stuff down etc..Today I didnt get extra as she would say. I just said baby its going to be okay, Ill get you another iPhone ( trying not to over-react) And guess what as I was telling her its okay a call back from her phone came and it was this little hispanic girl saying she picked up the phone and would bring it back in the morning. I said now you see how God works when you just fully trust him and dont panic? I gave my daughter some reward money for the little girl, I am going to ask her tomorrow after school and see if she gave the reward money to the girl (fingers crossed) Hoping she do the right thing…..I know she will….Teach em right! Morals...
