After reading the opinion of numerous online sources about the many health benefits of unflavored grass-fed beef gelatin (most importantly for me, that it supposedly can improve digestion issues), I ordered some with the intent to add it to smoothies, soups, casseroles, oatmeal, etc. Now that I’ve received my order, I’m wondering if anyone here uses gelatin on a regular basis. If so, how has it improved your health, & what’s your favorite way of taking it? I’ve also read very similar reports about the benefits of homemade bone broth/stock, but I figure I’ll start with the gelatin. (I don’t have a lot of room in my frig or freezer for the broth/stock.)
