After repeated knee injuries, Im slowly working my Front Squat back up. I hit 255 3 wks ago, but irritated my knee on the Concept 2 rower 2 wks ago. I hadnt done anything over 200 for 3 wks. This was late in the day, and my earlier Snatch training sucked. I was tired, and wanted nothing more than to go home and start my Memorial Day weekend. But I stayed and made this 250lb Front Squat. I will do better next week.
