After several days of trying to get something to work with Microsoft software development, I finally concluded that it cannot be done. There used to be a way, but apparently Microsoft silently removed that feature, so I have been chasing wild geese, and hurting my brain trying to understand Microsofts very abstruse documentation. Eventually I found a solution, but it required thinking outside the box; outside the Microsoft box in particular. Thank god this project is almost finished and I can go back to Java and Scala.
