After some soul searching, I have decided to decline my 2nd interview with the school in Kazakhstan. I know the good Lord has a plan for everyone and I just felt that this was not the right time for me. If I went, I would miss a huge milestone in the life of my son Dillon Fabacher. He departs for boot amp in September and I could not miss his earning the title of United States Sailor. I have no regrets in my decision but when one door closes, another one opens.
