After spending nearly two hours trying to get out of the maze I was disorientated and in danger of becoming severely dehydrated. Despite my best efforts, I was just going round in circles so I reluctantly decided to swallow my pride and ask the way to the exit. Took me another twenty minutes before I managed to locate a member of staff. Even he seemed a bit unsure. "For gawd sake," I said, "Do you work for Sports Direct or not?"
