After the Yankee game on YES last night, I tried to find the US Open Tennis program (CBS is blacked out here, and they are carrying the late rounds, so no more tennis this tournament, it appears), so I went to SportsCenter, which had been carrying the event. And, lo and behold, Clemson-Georgia football, last five minutes! I noticed the listings on the sports channels, and lots of them said simply, "College Football." This is rather new, but then most of these channels are national (North Dakota Styate game, really....?). When the game was over, I turned to local news, and, of course, only a couple of scores from the NE were mentioned. Good to know I can access SportsCenter later... the GA-Carolina game was mentioned as coming up...next week, right?
