After the ecstasy comes the plunge into reality. Landing in chaos... if this is flow it doesnt feel like it... I was whisked into crisis meetings with my sons teacher, and then the principle at school this morning, the second time in a few days. I took the opportunity to breath, speak from the belly, and feel and soften into my heart. I watched the teachers breathing and bodies, and supported them by grounding through my pelvis on the chair and up through my spine. I breathed for them. A beautiful opportunity to integrate being raw, and real and truthful, and a good enough mother.
