After the long winter and less than lovely economy I thought about scaling back a bit...my mental fitness assessment I found and decided to go with this. My restaurant is my passion, unless you have a passion you may as well go be a bus boy some where until you figure yours out (Steve Jobs) My restaurant is my passion because it is as I wish and dreamt it. To scale it back would be to take away some passion. Without passion you will never stick it out when the going gets tough, to be in life there are never rough moments but very few will stick it out. It is passion that makes you stick it out under seemingly insurmountable odds (S.Jobs) such as the illness, the fire, a million kids and so on. It is the same passion that refuses to quit (S. Jobs) So to scale back my menu would mean scale back my passion, well I am not about to do that.....so I am going to do the opposite, We are taking in up a notch or 10.. You can still wear your jeans or whatever makes you comfortable, but I want to have fun again and not worry about all this nonsense of an economy, just all right now yell ready????? Bite me ECONOMY....oh and rising food price, gas all of you!!!! You don;t scare me and I am going to do things I have never done before and not just with the food, you will see some other changes as well. I do not care for sponge Bob but Im ready, Im ready Even the menu shell will change to an unusual idea I have never seen, some different things with the tables, some dishes, uniform, the un-uniform....havent figured out the concept yet....foood the classic stuff you love and stuff I have been dying to serve but heard In Adams?? that wont work.....hmmm seems I have done a lot of things people said wont work So watch for it!!!!!
