After today, TWC no longer means “Time Warner Cable”….it now means “Totally Worthless Customer-service”! Had an appointment at the house with a TWC technician between 8 a.m.-12 noon…..Gaff waited here all day…..as of 8:40 PM, no technician and no call to explain the absence. And we are paying extra for “signature home” services….right. Spending thousands of dollars a year for cable with TWC must not mean much to them after all. Totally unacceptable way of doing business….we’re now looking at our options and we WILL pull the TWC cord….done with them. Send us your recs for other cable/internet providers…...
