After working all day, I ran around this evening paying bills. There went this weeks pay! There never seems to be enough money. I helped Daddy fix some slaw, he had his brothers coming over. I went to McDonalds and got supper, too tired to cook. I couldnt wait to get home. Those old steel toe boots get heavy. Heading to the shower, I step on a ninja turtle and hear mamaw.. 100 times! I took a hot shower and laid on the couch, bored outta my mind! Then I started looking at FB and seen my status from the other day, my favorite gospel song. I started thanking God for having a job and those steel toe boots on these tired feet...so I can pay my bills and eat. I thank God for being able to help my Daddy, that man has stood by me everyday of my life! I thank God for all these kids that depend on me everyday..even though they drive me crazy, theyve kept me sane over this last year since I lost Mom. My house is never empty...Thank you Lord! Theres a roof up above me, Ive a good place to sleep. Theres food on my table, shoes on my feet. You gave me your love Lord, and a fine family. Thank you Lord for your blessings on me!
