Afternoon Aunt Tina, No ID Kindly help. I had once sued the father to my child but the family even him pleaded that i withdraw the case and that he will be paying and that, its not good to be going to courts and that they (family) will make sure he pays. He was paying as agreed but later started delaying and would skip a month. Just for him to pay the money, would be a great challenge such that he would even switch off his off or cut my line. I told him if he continues i will again sue him. He sent me a text saying he will sue me so i can get the child since he is over 7yrs. This man is never at home to check his childs books or help him do the homework. The time the child was staying with him , he was so poor at school and now he is improving. Aunt, i dont want my child to be taken as i know the way of his living. What can i do?
