Agenda of excluded groups drops out: The recent election, that commented by most excluded groups (Indigenous, Madhesis, Dalit etc.) as controversial due to the lack of transparency in collecting ballot boxes and counting ballot paper as well as Army controlled process. One thing is sure the 250 years rulers groups are already manifesting to agenda of change to share power with excluded groups. They are opposing republic, secular and inclusive state as well as right to identity. Now, not only excluded groups parties and people ousted from CA their concerns and problems are already in verge of excluding. This issues are crucial for belated nation building. I fear of potential revitalisation of conflict in new form. Now seemingly, CA will concretise racism and Sadak ( Street) will go against it. Experience shows that Street is always stronger than Sadan (Parliament) in the country where racist people rule.
