Aggrey Tisa Sabuni the Minister of Finance admits that the current budget of SSP 600 Million is facing a deficient of SSP 300 Million which is 50%!!! Such a deficient can only happen in the Republic of South Sudan! While under such gloominess of its finances, the government yesterday allocated SSP 1.2 Billion for election in 2015!!! Ya jamaa nas fi shinu wa hakuma ta Kiir de fi shinu??? While hundreds of thousands are suffering and are in need of aids, we go on asking international community while we have the guts to announce such an amount to be wasted!!! Walai visionless-ness de masiba ta junub!!!
