Agree with Dr Pedzisai Ruhanya that the MDC-T is descending and not ascending and will express this view at 730pm on ZiFM The Platform. I will express concern that apart from splitting the MDC is playing second fiddle and mimicking ZPF on a number of issues. I attack an elitist political class in the MDC and ZPF that is alienated from citizens and their concerns. The processes towards the congresses of the two leading parties are devoid of internal democracy and show a political elite more concerned with power and avoid or has no capacity to articulate citizen issues and concerns. In other words political leadership in Zim needs a rebirth and a refocus. The greatest tragedy is to have these people in ZANU PF, MDC-T and MDC Renewal as our leaders beyond 2022. In the absence of a major political shakeup 2018 is a foregone conclusion.. and my hope is yonder.
