Ah! A Friday evening gliding into nightfall with full (almost-almost) moon, and harmonies of twilight fading into blue dark. With a garden tripping lights and summer breeze traversing through the smalls of my house. friday night for people like me means candlelights flickering wild as they are impacted by windows opened and fans flowing in breeze through corridors of marine breath willed to flight. It means bathtub with aromatic bubbles and Debussy or Charlie Haden (most clearly tonight, like this moonlight of tonight). Friday night means microwaved leftovers and Chinese soup and a glass of wine while feet climb on a throw pillow over the center table of a modern drawing room, while spectators of life during end of week browse Fios on Demand. It means steamy tea mixed of Jasmine and Kava Stress Relief and Sleepy Night leaves in Chinese style tea pot bought at tienda Inglesa in Uruguay however made in Uruguay and not in China. Friday night today also means being jealous of Magas first ride ever of Disneylands Indiana Jones without me. Friday night in pajamas (charming ones however, for one must must look her best in case of earthquakes). Friday night is like one last day when we know that we are lucky as to allow a new chance, yes, after Holanda and Brasil, after Argentina and Alemania.... And then, we begin again, anew, almost almost whole, into a new week, begging for a Friday night when we may dream of new beginnings, new rides, fresher breezes and new pajamas.
