Aimee just had her surgery not long ago; can you give me an idea of the outcome of her surgery? 7 of Wands (U) Ace of Cups (R) 10 of Pentacles (R) The 7 of Wands depicts a benu bird carrying a shen, or coiled rope. The shen symbolizes eternity since it is a circle of rope without an end. The name, shen comes from shenu, the rope that encircles a pharaohs name and giving him divine protection. The benu bird is the Egyptian phoenix, symbolizing (again) rebirth. I see the fact that it is carrying the shen as a sign that you are constantly rising above whatever stands in your way and will continue to do so. Sesens (lotus flowers) are seen on the Ace of Cups and are also symbols of creation as well as of the sun and of rebirth. Sesens close and sink underwater at night, reopening during the day, showing the sign of rebirth. They are pointed downwards, so I feel like you are in the process of being reborn from the night (surgery). The creation, though... Are you creating items or something along those lines to help out with finances? Or is that something that is being planned? As the cups are an emotional suit, I would say that maybe this new creative endeavor to assist with finances will also help your emotional stability. I definitely see positive things with the signifier of rebirth regarding your recovery The 10 of Pentacles depicts an inverted crook and flail, which, upright in Egyptian mythology symbolize royalty and majesty. Upside down, I see the financial issues, though the scarab beetle in the center was seen as a symbol of creation, and sometimes luck. Theres the creation again. I wanted a clarifier on all the creation, whether it was an actual endeavor you are or will be doing or if it means recreating yourself after the surgery. My clarifying card was the 10 of Wands (U). In the center of this card, the nefer sits, representing good fortune and happiness. I would venture to say that, as the Wands are a creation suit and the nefer representing good fortune, I feel as though a creative financial endeavor is in the works, definitely. Was that at all accurate? I tried it your way... I feel pretty confident about it...
