God gave us everything we need to sustain life, and man made chemicals is not one of them....Also the immune system begins in the gut and intestines, and that is where all our nutrients are extracted from our food.... when we consume chemicals it breaks down the lining of the intestines until there is nothing left to extract nutrients, eventually the body systems fail, as we are not getting any, or enough nutrients to sustain life.. we end up with disease.. also it is normal to have regular BM more than once a day, and some people go for days thinking it is normal to have one sometimes twice a week... that means the intestines are sorting out the toxins which sits in the intestines, and we get Leaky gut, , Gerd, Diverticulitis,.. and it takes a long time for the colon to get rid of all the toxins....they sit in the intestines, and colon, cause pollups to form.... we need to become thinkers.. and people need to become educated on how the body processes food so they will know how toxins effect the body...... Cancer thrives on sugar.. we need to keep this in mind... all the sugar, and gluten we consume , causes our body to not function properly, when we get cancer, due to poor nutrient consumption, the cancer thrives on any and all sugar that is consumed... This is how and why a Pet Scan finds the primary source of where cancer begins, the location is where the greatest amount of sugars are concentrated in the body.. so much to think about... when we walk into a super market, and walk around past all the isle of processed foods in boxes packages and cans, it really makes one aware of all the poisons in our food supply.... Insulin, The Liver, Sugar and Fats.... ok so we know, or we should know that when we consume sugars, that is refined sugars, pastas, Breads, gluten, grains that have not been sprouted, yes even Honey and some fruits, processed dairy, all processed foods, even processed meats like lunch meats, whole fruit juice, and processed fruit juices... this all is loaded with sugars... so , a calorie is not just a calorie.... here is why..... about 45 minutes after consuming one of the above crap foods, your insulin takes over, and it carries that sugar to the liver, and guess what happens there.. that sugar is turned into FAT in the liver... A bit of the sugar is sent to the brain, as the brain will use but a very tight amount.....wonder why when we lose weight sometimes we lose everywhere but we still have that mid section, or gut that never seems to go away, that muffin top, what ever you want to call it..... that is due to those sugar calories made from the liver, and deposited in your Omentum, midriff, gut, what ever you call it....For those who store fat in the mid section, that is a dangerous place for fat storage, that is dangerous fat..... so here is the answer.... no a calorie is not only a calorie.... If you were to begin eating a whole food diet without any of the sugar laden processed foods, not even in moderation, all of those healthy calories would not go to the liver to be turned into fat stores..... instead, all that good wholesome nutrient dense food would go to the intestines, the nutrients would be extracted, and sent to all the body systems, you would make stronger bones, grow muscle mass, and get healthy for old age.... why I say no crap food in moderation,??? because that is like slowly poisoning the body in moderation.. that is still giving the body bad fat made in the liver.. and that is still over working the insulin stores...one must know that all the grains of today is nothing at all like the grains of 100 years ao.. today they are GMO, they are hybrd grains that the human body has a hard time digesting.... So with every bite of food you eat, stop and think what will be going on inside my body after I eat this one bad cookie in moderation??? what will the liver do with it ??? the reward for losing fat is not to reward yourself with an ice cream cone, cake cookies, the reward is having a slim mid section and a healthy body... why do people think they need that bad stuff ? what exactly will it do for you?
