Akshay Kumar’s Special 26 To Have Four Remakes Special 26 directed by Neeraj Pandey starring Akshay Kumar and Anupam Kher in lead roles was critically acclaimed and won many accolades. The film will now be remade in four different languages. Actor-filmmaker Thiagarajan will be directing the Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and Kannada remakes of this film. The film was based on a real story of con artists who were a part of several robberies in the 80s under the disguise of Income Tax raids. The South remake of the film will have Prashant play the role of Akki and Prakash Raj will be seen essaying the role of Manoj Bajpayee. On the other hand Anupam Kher’s role has been offered to Satyaraj.
