Akshay and Twinkle in trouble for obscenity case!!! As it seems, Akshay Kumar would have to pay a heavy price for getting his jeans unbuttoned by wife Twinkle Khanna. Akshay had sparked controversy during Lakme Fashion Week in March 2009 when his wife Twinkle unbuttoned his jeans on the ramp to promote a popular denim brand. On Monday, Bombay High Court directed the Mumbai police to go ahead with the prosecution of Akshay and Twinkle for obscenity. As per the orders of the Court, the director of the fashion show would also be prosecuted along with the actors. The Court however decided to relieve Abigail Rosa, secretary of an event management company who was also booked under the same case, saying that she was not responsible for writing the script of the obscene act. The judgement was passed by Bombay High Court after a complaint was filed by a social worker with the Vakola Police Station on March 30, 2009.
