Al-#Zoubi: Crisis in #Syria raised questions about relation among policy, culture and homeland Oct 27, 2013 #Damascus, (#SANA) – Minister of Information, Omran al-Zoubi, said that the crisis in Syria raised many questions regarding the relation among policy, culture and homeland. During a meeting with Iranian intellectuals on Sunday, Minister al-Zoubi said that During the crisis, the national issue preceded the political issue. There is a lot of nationalism and little politics in the mentality of Syrian persons and sides nowadays. The Iranian delegation came to Damascus to participate in the Intellectuals Role in Enhancing Steadfastness of Syrian People conference. Al-Zoubi pointed out to Irans stances over the issues of the region and the world, hailing the cooperation and coordination between the Syrian and Iranian media in the face of the Zionist-U.S. aggression. In turn, Head of the Iranian Islamic Radios and Televisions Union in Damascus, Rida Sadr-Eddin al-Husseini, said that the conference represents a unique start of new relation that will continue among the intellectuals in the two countries.
