*** Al-Ayaam Al-Beedh (The 3 White Days) *** The 3 white days of the month of Shawwal will be on Saturday 9th, Sunday 10th & Monday 11th of August, InshaAllah. Please make intention to fast on these days and encourage others to do the same, InshaAllah. * It was narrated that Abdullah ibn ‘Amr ibn al-‘Aas RadiAllahu Anhu said: The Messenger of Allah SallAllahu Alaihi Wa Sallam said to me: It is sufficient for you to fast 3 days every month, because for every good deed you will have (the reward of) 10 like it, so that will be like fasting for a lifetime. [Narrated by al-Bukhaari (1874); Muslim (1159).] * Abu Dharr Al-Ghifaari RadiAllahu Anhu said, The Messenger of Allah Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam said: O Abu Dharr! If you fast 3 days of every month, then fast the 13th, the 14th and the 15th [These are Al-Ayaam Al-Beedh, the white days]. [Ahmad, an-Nasaai and at-Tirmithi; Sahih]
