Alameda County Fair - BATM Best of Bay Samosa Contest - The best tasting samosa @ACF 2013. We will have mainly 4 -5 teams. The contest will be to select the best tasting samosa. Teams will be given time to prep and fry. Earlier we had rolling contest and in the interest of time, we will not have rolling contest. So, the best tasting samosa will get cash award. This is the 3 year we are doing this. The idea is to build a nice theme contest as we go forward. This can be one expert and 2 assistants to help. No prior cooking experience needed. this is for fun. We are updating/finalizing the rules as we are only doing the tasting part of the contest this year. The contest is from 11.30 am till 1.30.
