Forecast: Metro Manila, Central Luzon, Mimaropa, Calabarzon, Bicol Region, Visayas and Caraga will experience cloudy skies with light to moderate rainshowers and thunderstorms. The rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms. Light to moderate winds blowing from the southwest to southeast will prevail over Luzon and coming from the southwest to west over Visayas and Mindanao. The coastal waters throughout the archipelago will be slight to moderate.
