Albay launches 2nd ALMASOR COFFEE TABLE Book LEGAZPI CITY, Sept 10 (PIA) – The provincial government of Albay launched its second ALMASOR (Albay Masbate Sorsogon Tourism Alliance) COFFEE TABLE Book titled “Soul of the South” at the 25th Philippine Travel Mart organized by the Philippine Tour Operators Association (PHILTOA) at the SMX Convention Center in Pasay City. Albay governor Joey Salceda led the launching highlighting the significance of the unification of the three provinces in terms of tourism. The alliance of the three provinces as a Single Tourism Development Area (TDA) is as natural as the convergence of three springs into one stream, its people are bound by one culture, its area flow under one climate and responds to the same winds of nature, they prosper under a synergistic cooperation in product positioning and PROMOTIONS, Albay governor Joey Salceda said in his speech during the launch.
