FINANACE MANAGER: Invoicing Preparing invoices on behalf of ERGOMED GmbH oCollecting data in-house for services and pass-through costs oAdministration of pass-through costs oCorrespondence and harmonization of revenues with ERGOMED PLC oPreparation invoices oPreparing reports Preparing invoices on behalf of PRIMEVIGILANCE ZAGREB Expenses Managing incoming invoices Sending invoices to Accountants Managing Intercompany expenses, invoicing and reporting Preparing reports as needed Bank payments Bank payment entries Managing liquidity Accounting Coordination with Accountants in Germany, Croatia and UK OFFICE MANAGER: Travel expenses oManaging Travel orders for employees oManaging petty cash expense reports Administration of Pass-through costs Managing employee documents with health care and pension fund Other reports on request Booking rooms and conference facilities Maintain and update websites and internal databases Liaising with staff in other departments and with external contacts Ordering and maintaining stationery and equipment Sorting and distributing incoming post and organising and sending outgoing post Organising and storing paperwork, documents and computer-based information Photocopying and printing various documents, sometimes on behalf of other colleagues Arranging both in-house and external events Other office administration work as required Required Skills Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills Be skilled in organization, planning, problem solving Good IT skills Good knowledge in excel is must Experience in Finance and with an international Company is plus Education Finance education is a plus Language Skills Fluent English spoken and written Minimum Work Experience: Previous experience in similar role as finance and office manager is preferred.
