It was acting sluggish and I thought maybe it just needed a good cleaning since I have used it so much. The tech just called and in doing the test sew out after servicing it and replacing the automatic needle threader, a message popped up that he had not seen before. It happened two or three times and he called another dealer and talked to their service tech and neither had ever seen the message. He has a call into Baby Lock but it sounds like it is an electronic failure of the power supply. I am so glad it happened while it was in the shop. That machine is very hard to load into my vehicle and take it to the shop for servicing. Had he released it to me like he was planning on doing today, it would have happened at home and I would have had to take it in again. It is so important to have these machines serviced so they will work right. Im just glad it is under warranty and wont cost me anything.
