Alien in my toastie ... Or toastie with a view ... Or a open toastie ... Dont know what to call it but made this for Aarons packed lunch ... Started of making a boring sandwich but ended up with this .. Just heat a slice of bread with butter on the tava ,add shredded roast chicken and yellow pepper on it ( use any filling of your choice) then top it up with a slice of cheese ( or you can use grated cheese)( close this with a lid for few seconds so that cheese melts ,now remove from heat ) using a cookie cutter cut out , remove and discard the middle of the second slice , next heat this ( outer part) separately with butter , remove from heat and stack it up on the first slice , press it down gently so it sticks well to the cheese ... I used thin slices of cucumber to make the outline , if you want to do so , do it while the cheese is still warm and used raisins for eyes and mouth.. ❤️❤️❤️
