All, After practicing pediatric dentistry for more than thirty years (with twenty-seven years here in Fairbanks) I have decided to announce my retirement from active practice. It has been an honor being your childs dentist. Not so surprisingly in many cases our office has provided care for the parents of the children we see in our office today. The practice transition is now complete and the new practice name is Young Smiles Childrens Dentistry, LLC. Dr. Young brings to Fairbanks over ten years of private practice experience in Idaho and Nevada. He and his wife Susan, along with their four children, arrived in Alaska this past August. My wife, Sue, and I are not headed anywhere. I’ll be working part-time at Fairbanks Memorial Hospital. If you see us around town, please don’t hesitate to say hello, and we’ll do the same.
