All Women Are in the Gym to Lose Weight????? THE TRUTH IS: Not all women have the same goals. #NOT #ALL!! Not all women want to look the same. Just like men, some women are in the gym to get strong. Some want to get ripped, some want to improve athleticism, and some want better health. Thats the great thing about fitness—its personal. Thats why its so important to do research—so youre confident in the type of training you do. If your best friend is trying lean down while youre training for a powerlifting competition, youre probably not going to work out with her. Thats a-okay. #Sanghamitra client of mine doing Walking Lunges with 45 Pounds Dumbbell is training hard to become stronger.. We have just got started. Best is yet to come..
