All electricity comes from the aether. When the electricity has passed through a circuit it returns to the aether. Electricity is simply electrons in motion. Maxwell made a guess that everyone has been supporting all of these years. A guess is not science and following it for all of these years is like the story of the, Emperors new suit. We need the little boy to stand up and state the truth. Trust me it wont be anyone that used Maxwells theories in anything important. It wont be anyone that got an award for work based on Maxwells theories. When you take away a couple of the theories the stuff that been hidden or may paint a different picture.
