All else being equal, I would, without hesitation, frequent a restaurant with a No crying children policy. Id think that parents of young kids would be the first to appreciate a policy like this. Imagine they only get a few nights a year to get a sitter and go out for a nice grown up meal. Now imagine they are sitting next to a table full of howling, ill-mannered kids. Mood killer. What do you think?
