Plz convey this messege to all internet users and all khidmat centre users regarding documents for passport. Most of applicants are coming from far flung areas without proper documents that causes a lot of problems for us and applicants as wel. Please check the website carefully and then ask applicants regarding service. Most applicants are illiterate and are not aware about the procedure. In passport website there is an option of required documents, check the documents . In fresh cases there are two main documents . One is address proof and second is dob proof In case applicants dob is after 26th of January 1989 then we need dob from Municipality or from concern police station & if applicant is govt employee then applicant required NOC from the concern deptt. In re issue cases first of all check the passport and ask applicant for changes like adress change, delete ECR. Spouse name and orce etc. Then check the website and choose the proper option and system will give u full detail of documents. Most important thing is to ask applicants to bring all documents in original and a single set of self attest photocopies. Hope this message will be conveyed. Thanks Hilal Mir
