All last week I couldnt get John 14:6 off my mind. Jesus said, I am THE way, THE truth and THE life. David and I discussed it twice. Low and behold, Pastor Doc Shell preached on that very thing today. The verse doesnt say I am a way. It doesnt say the truth is gray or perceived differently by different people. It says THE truth. The ONLY truth. And just because we believe something, it doesnt make it true. Satan is deceiving Christians right and left with mediocrity and accepting lies from the enemy in order to please society. People are propagating lies for personal profit and to be the cool kid on the block. It saddens me. But it still doesnt change the truth. Im all about LOVE, but you can love a person down the wrong path. My prayer is for scales to fall off my eyes and the eyes of this nation.
