All of a sudden, I have a sick feeling in the pit of my stomach after hearing about a suicide attempt off a bridge in my area. My father suffered from depression and it was very difficult growing up and not understanding the full effect it could have on a person. But, I just wanted to say if anybody feels that they are no longer worth this life and that they have nothing else to live for, I can promise thats a lie.
