All of the men in my family are country boys with the exception of two. Those two learned to say yall and drive a tractor......Im working on one of them to learn to fix fence and listen to country music...... :) a country boy story: when we were moving up to Alabama from Jacksonville when Nathaniel was 7 months old, Nathaniel was with me in my little white sports car, Buddy was driving the moving truck behind us, it was cold, it was raining, it was a dark night.....all of a sudden on Hwy 231....I did not see the truck lights in the rearview mirror.....I turned around and saw the truck lights sliding off of the road into the ditch....I turned around again and pulled off the road in high grass....left Nathaniel in the car where he would be warm and dry...AND I got out in the cold rain to help Buddy ....when a country boy in a black hat driving a pick up stopped, got out, came over to me and said Is there anyway that I can help you mam? I said, well, my baby is in my car over there and my husband is over there sliding around in the grass about to turn over in that moving truck. The country boy said, you just back to your baby in the car. Ill get him out of the ditch. He got in and drove the truck out to the emergency lane as it was raining and he would not take a dime. Ladies love country boys!
