All that being said, its up to the present generation of young Americans to resist the temptation to sit back at just survive off the inheritance resulting from the sacrifices and hard work of the previous generation and build a legacy for the next. We wont be the greatest country in the world based on what our parents accomplished in, but on what we accomplish today and tomorrow. A skyscraper is only as awesome as its highest and most recent story. Stop building and look down and eventually you will end looking up at the rest.
