All this talk about Mike Browns size being a determining factor on whether he was a threat or not. It kind of sounds to me like the beginning stages of the Superhero Registration act. Im the kind of guy that believes everyone is created equal, and is bestowed certain unalienable rights. Blah blah blah. Prejudice is generally bad. I dont think large people have less of a right to live than small people. Maybe Im biased because Im 62 but the idea that I can be considered a threat just because of my height disturbs me. Its not enough to have racial profiling, but now we have to profile people because of their mass? I get it. Big people can hurt you more than little people. But I think big people should have the same rights as little people and average sized people. I have a dream where big people dont get shot by little people just because theyre big and scary looking. I dont think its fair, just, right, or good that someones physical stature determines whether they live or die. I know life isnt fair, but the law is supposed to be. Justice is supposed to be blind.
